Concerning some property that he purchased outside the district of Porta Tosta from his friend Carlo Balocchini [i.e., Balocchino] together with the singer Isabella Fabbrica, saying that she and her family defrauded him most shamelessly, adding that he will send full power of attorney and all necessary documents, and asking him to see that the property passes from Balocchini's possession into his.
